Not Receiving Club Emails? Check your email Spam/Junk Filter
Communication will be important in the coming days and weeks. Reports are being received that not everyone receives Club emails consistently. New emails from this year's new system (Curling Manager) seem to be going to your Spam or Junk folder. Other emails from the "old" email system (MailerLite) seem to get thru to most people.
As a result, we've been resending Club emails through the old email system and you may get the same email from more than one source. Accept our apologies for any inconvenience this causes, but it is important that everyone is kept informed.
We've found that some anti-spam filters are blocking the 'emailer@curlingmanager.com' emails, so we'd ask that you add that address to your 'safe senders list' or 'white list'. This problem seems to effect many Nexicom users. For help "fixing" this problem, you can go to: https://kb.nexicom.net/nexicom-email-protection/ .
Please check your Spam/Junk folder to see if there are any emails from the ECC. Check the Help within your email about "how to move a message from the Spam/Junk folder to your inbox".
Note: once you have your new login/password from the new system, members can check club emails by signing on to the website and viewing recent emails on your member dashboard.
