Ennismore Curling Club runs several Bonspiels throughout the year.
Many of these are open to the public and club members. 
Bonspiels are fun-filled social events - come join us!

 

Winnie’s Winter Warm Up - Nov. 12, 2025

This fun early Women's only bonspiel is back this year. 2 draws of two eight-end games

Coffee with morning treats as well as a lunch with homemade desserts

A fashion show, 50/50 Draw and Raffle prizes will round out the day - come join us!

The entry fee is $200 per team

Doubles Spiel - Nov. 29, 2025

Teams are open format (Mixed or Same gender)

Includes two 8-end games and lunch. Prizes will follow the last game

 Entry fees are $60 per curler or $120 per team

Emerald Tankard 2025 Bonspiel - Dec. 5th and 6th

This is a unique 2 day Prize Money Bonspiel featuring 2 teams of 4 curlers combined (Double Team Aggregate Score Competition).  This is played under rules similar to the Silver Tankard and is the only known bonspiel in Ontario to use this format!

2 Games guaranteed
$480 per team (8 players)

 

Kawartha Sr. Men's Interclub Spiel - Jan. 7, 2026

An annual invitation-only bonspiel for clubs that participate in the senior men's interclub competition

Robel Spiel - Jan. 10, 2026

This is an open-format competitive spiel

Includes 3 six-end games, lunch, dinner and prizes

The entry fee is $240 per team

Glenfiddich Spiel - Jan. 24, 2026

Come curl and enjoy some Scottish traditions!

This spiel provides an opportunity for new curlers to experience a bonspiel

We try to pair 2 newer curlers with 2 experienced curlers on each team

Enter as an individual, a couple, or a team

Includes lunch, dinner and prizes

Two 6-end games and one 4-end game for the lucky and/or unlucky ones

The entry fee is $45 per participant or $180 per team

Bob Reeve Memorial Stick Spiel - Feb. 21, 2026

This is a team entry spiel with ECC members and participants from neighbouring curling clubs

Players are required to play with a stick

Two draws with two 8-end games in each draw

Lunch is included

Robert Young Construction Women's Spiel - March 4, 2026

This is a women-only bonspiel with entries from our club and neighbouring clubs

Two 8-end games, coffee & muffins before the game, and lunch

Snacks, fellowship and prizes following the last game

The entry fee is $220 per team

Skins Spiel - March 7, 2026

This is a team entry spiel with ECC members and participants from neighbouring curling clubs

Two draws with three six-end games in each draw

Lunch and a steak dinner are included

The entry fee is $240 per team

Closing Spiel - March 28, 2026

 The closing Spiel is open to all curlers, so gather your friends and enter a team.

There will be two 8 end draws, one at 8:30 and one at 10:45. There will be breakfast snacks and a luncheon provided.

The cost is $200 a team and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each draw. 

Come out and have some fun on our last day of curling.
