This new system will allow members to Self-Sign Up for Volunteer opportunities as well as allowing Convenors to sign you up for specific events. This new system extends volunteering to more than Bonspiels. You will be able to also look for Special Events, School Programs, and Maintenance/On-going Tasks. 

Signing up - and cancelling if necessary - for an open volunteer slot at any event is very easy. You will be notified via email when you sign up or when a Convenor/Coordinator assigns you to an event.

When you receive an email it will contain all of the info you need about what slot/role you have signed up for including a calendar link to add the event to your own calendar.

The system has built in Messaging capabilites to allow Convenors/Coordinators to communicate to you .

The system will also keep track of Your Volunteers Schedule (events and roles) and Your Member Volunteer History (events and hours)

There is a significant Help & FAQ section built into the system to answer all of your questions about the how to use the system or where to find something.

In addition, there is a AI (artificial intelligence) based help system that allows you enter plain English questions (even multi-part questions). Look for the small icon  in the bottom right side. And don't worry it is limited to answering ONLY questions about the VolunteerHub. Go ahead - ask "how do I increase my wealth "

You may want to look at a Welcome Tour before trying to use the system This Tour will explain how to get into the system with your name and last 4 digits of your phone number - no new login ID or passwords to remember!

Signing in to this new application does NOT require a new logon ID and password. Simply use your name and the last 4 digits of your phone number to login.

Friday Night Social Curling

This new system replaces the Curling Manager registration process for Friday Night Social Curling. More importantly, it allows you to registerefor multiple dates at the same time - and use one e-transfer payment.

Furthermore the new system allows to you to register as an Individual or a a group of 2 or more - again for multiple dates and one e-tranfser transaction.

The system also allows for a Full Sheet registration if you wan to book a complete sheet for your group.

Of course, it takes into consideration whether you are ECC member (a price is offered to you) and if you are bringing a guest the fee is waived for you.

The system also tracks Liability Waivers for all non-members so they only have to sign a waiver ONCE per SEASON. 

There are a number of improvements to the Sheet Assignment function as well as how credits are handled in the event of a cancellation.

Concert/Fundraising App

This Fundraising app was developed to handle the initial ECC Fundraising Concert for Sept. 12, 2026 to sell and manage ticket sales for the "Musical night with Joanna & Danny Bronson with Jake Lauzon:
