Tuesday Night Doubles - 1st Half

Doubles Curling is a Team Entry league, please join as a team.  This discipline brings an opportunity for new curling strategies to our sport.

 Last seson was great success.  We had the most teams ever, since the start of Doubles in Ennismore over 5 years ago. 14 teams playing each week last year.  We are hoping to continue this momentum and fill two draws at 16 teams.  

This semi-competitive league is perfect for any curler.  From the seasoned vet, who wants an extra night out, to the newer curler hoping to improve their skills.  Games are pretty quick, lasting just about 90 minutes.  Draw times this season will be 6:30 pm and 8:15pm spaced 1hour and 45 minutes apart with no new end starting after 90 minutes of play.  This is to ensure that all games on the second draw of the evening will start at the same time.  

The fast paced nature of the game encourages quick shot selection, lots of rocks in play and sweeping prowess.
